Our Shipping Policy

Pure Performance ships across Australia with AusPost!

All our orders require a signature upon delivery and if no one is present to accept your delivery a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for pick-up.

Please note that we are unable to ship to international locations outside of Australia at this time.

Christmas Shipping Cut-off Date

Australia Post is recommending lodgement in metro locations by the following dates for delivery by Christmas:

Parcel Post: Monday 22 December for same state deliveries and Friday 19 December for interstate deliveries
Express Post: Tuesday 23 December

Quick Dispatch Info:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Peak periods may take a little longer, so please order early with the above dates in mind!

Important: While we do our best to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery is ultimately at the discretion of Australia Post. Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for Christmas.

FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $100 and $10 Standard Shipping for orders under $100

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days within Queensland, and interstate (metro to metro) will be 3-6 business days. (Delivery times are a guide only and based off information offered by Australia Post).

Tracking Your Order

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1-2 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow extra time for dispatch during peak & sale periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to update.
